ENAMEL PIN FAQ'S

The standard processing time for orders with 200 pieces or less is approximately 21 business days following proof approval. This does not include shipping time. For larger orders or orders requiring specialty finishes, additional printing methods, or stamped logos, the turnaround time may be longer.

When placing your order, please account for the standard production time, as well as an additional week or so for billing, proofing, quality control and shipping.

If you have a specific deadline that you must meet, please let us know in advance and we will do everything that we can to meet your needs.

Soft Enamel pins have a textured surface with raised metal borders and recessed enamel colors.

Hard Enamel pins have a smooth and polished surface with enamel colors that are level with the metal borders. The surface is usually glossy and can be more vibrant in appearance.

We highly recommend using vector files for your artwork! Vector files should be in ai, pdf, or eps format. Alternatively, we can accept raster files in psd or jpg format, but they should have a resolution of at least 300 ppi and be scaled to 300% of the enamel pin's size.

When sending rasterized files, please have a separate layer or a separate file for your metal outline clearly indicated in black.

Every color for our enamel pins is color matched to the Pantone Solid Coated Formula guide book. If you have specific colors that you are looking for, please feel free to include them.

If you do not have access to a Pantone Book, we can use Adobe Illustrator to auto-match the colors that you send in your art file. We will include the chosen pantone colors in your mock up for final approval.

Please note, the appearance of the colors on your screen may vary from the final product. Enamel colors are hand-mixed, so they may also vary slightly between orders or even within an order.

If we're able to use the same mold, then are able to split your order up to offer a variety of colorways and variants.

Please note, the price will increase based on the number of colorways/variants.
